Back In Action....
Ok, so it's been a while... a long while, I will admit. But life's been busy and I can't always remember to blog. I'm sorry to disappoint. That is why I didn't want to start one of these things....
Anyways, I am back in action after being sick all week. I was feeling blah and achey and had a sore throat and an awful headache for three days.... so today since I was feeling much better, I went and got my lip and eye brows waxed today (I know you wanted to know that) and I also got a manicure and a pedicure. My toes and hands look very pretty in a sort of eggplant purple hue. It was very relaxing - not that I know how I paid for it. :(
Needless to say, money has not been growing on trees. I am doing well in the new job, but the money aspect of my life is not really changing. I don't owe alot, I am just so far behind the eight ball that it's tough to catch up!!! I can rant and rave all day long but nothing is going to change. Oh, by the way if your name and number don't come up on my home phone's caller ID Rich and I aren't answering. And if you are calling from an 866 number, good luck getting more than my voice on the answering machine. I am getting so many calls it's not even funny. I am not an irresponsible jerk - I DON'T HAVE IT TO SEND YOU! And yes, the fact that you act like I am a loser for now having it to send gets my panties in a ruffle. And no, I will not be nice about it.
This month, I finally got current with my utilities and my car payment and some of my credit accounts, but up the pike is cell phone and car insurance - oh, and rent on the 1st. Maybe I should just quit now and go into debt consolidation or something. I keep hearing those radio ads "Freedom from bill collectors is possible... call now!" but somehow I really feel like it's a scam..... Oh well. Maybe I will look into it. If I do I will let you know.... I am sure some of you would like to escape the calls from the likes of Lakeisha and Mr. Bradley, too....
Last week I got my credit report and FICO score. What a joke. Let's just say I laughed so hard I cried. I am a "risk" to lenders.... gee - thanks. I'd lend to me. Why not, I am still above the national average in terms of my FICO. What does that say about our world???
OK, enough ranting about money and credit.... I got my car washed last week and got "the special" which included them vacuuming everything out of my car, washing my windows inside and out, Armorall-ing my interior and spraying nice smelling stuff inside my car, and washing my wheels and hubcaps and door jams, etc... Actually, Rich paid for it. It was a special treat. The Silver Bullet was very happy. Yes, that is what I call her. And it is a her. She is my little silver bullet since she can get me where ever I want to go right in time. Besides the car payment, I love her very much.
OK, so it's Saturday night and I have a kitchen to clean. Don't be jealous..... more later.
